Sharon's background includes over 18 years of small business management experience. Sharon held various positions of increasing responsibility at ITS prior to the appointment of President and CEO by the ITS Board of Directors in 2001. Prior to joining ITS, Sharon held the position of General Manager at Simi Valley based Sherotec. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. As President & CEO, Sharon provides overall vision and strategic leadership for ITS, as well as managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the business.
Rick
Minyard - Executive Vice President
Rick
has a background in data services and network administration, as
well as advertising, public relations and broadcasting. He has been
with ITS since 2001 and oversees business development, distributor
sales channels, vendor relations, and contract administration.
Kim Konigsberg – Director, Operations
Kim comes to ITS having worked in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. Her broad experience with both customers and providers enables her to "get the job done." Prior to joining ITS, Kim managed the telecommunications enterprise of companies such as 21st Century Insurance, FedEx-Kinko's, and Healthnet. Kim also spent 12 years with AT&T in both Sales and Operations. In her current role, Kim oversees the Technical Operations team.

Frame - Director, Information Systems
Daryl
brings 30 years of IT experience to our company, a background which
includes DP Manager at Panavision and Technical Support Consultant
for Gould Medical Products. For the last 20 years, he has concentrated
on billing systems for the telecommunications industry. He manages
operations and development of the computer systems and network.
Lisa
Atwood - Executive Director, Marketing & Relations
Lisa brings over 20 years of marketing and customer relations experience in the telecommunication and networking industry. Lisa most recently held a Channel Programs & Marketing Management position with Nortel and prior to that she held various Channel Marketing and Project Management positions at Nortel and MICOM Communications. Lisa is responsible for all Marketing activities at ITS.
Richard
Rose - Director, Finance & Corporate Controller
Rich
comes to ITS with over 20 years experience in accounting and tax.
For the past 5 years he was the CFO and COO of a local real estate
and escrow company. Prior to this he was the Controller for Paramount
Citrus Association, one of the largest grower, packer and shippers
of citrus fruit in central California. Richard graduated from Cal
Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture
Business Management and an emphasis in Finance & Appraisal and
Accounting.
Tina
Lembo - Financial Operations Specialist
Tina
has over 12 years of experience in telephony technical operations
and customer service management. After having served as Technical
Operations/Provisioning Representative at Cyberlink, she came on
board with ITS in April 1999. She ensures costs and billing services are accurate so that our customers can feel confident that they are getting the best value available.
